The name of my company comes from the names of my children. It is their middle names and makes working under this title very sweet. I have taken them along on many of my jobs and they often do some “heavy lifting” for me. All too often I hear people ask how to balance family and work and I don’t know what that looks like. You love both and at different times you spend more time with one than the other. For me, in whatever I am doing, my best attempts are made by being present over perfect. And its always a work in progress.
